Dr. Begoña Jiménez and Dr. Pere Colomer Vidal visited the most equipped private chemical laboratory in Serbia, the ANAHEM ltd laboratory. Goal of their visit is to broad the analysis of the capacity of the Republic of Serbia for PFAS analysis.
ANAHEM is an independent private laboratory with extensive experience in testing food safety, health suitability of general-use items, testing soil, water, and air pollution, waste characterization, noise measurement, testing working environment conditions, and testing various industrial products and raw materials. Furthermore, this laboratory possesses instruments for PFAS analysis, which is important for raising the capacity of Serbia for monitoring of these compounds in the environment, food and waste.
